Personally I think the upside with Garret Wilson could be higher but there is more unknowns. If he delivers as the WR1 (which all signs point to) he could finish as a top 5 receiver overall assuming Rogers still has game left in his tank.
Amon-Ra is a safer pick since we've seen what he can do.
